Talking of which, the food here really is just to die for and would put many a Kensington High Street restaurant to shame. And amongst all this luxury, splendour and comfort, it is Martin and Catherine's ethos of providing all the magnificence of Ty Mawr Mansion without an ounce of starchiness that makes their idyll so very special.
