www.can-y-baehotel.com

Gazing out to the sea since the late 1800s, this Llandudno 4 star hotel is renowned for its elegance with a hint of the contemporary. The real emphasis here at the Can-y-Bae Hotel, apart from all of the obvious comforts and surroundings together with the fabulous food, is the relaxed atmosphere and the superb friendly service provided by Michael, Dave and their great team of staff. Michael and Dave are the super couple who own and run this smashing little hotel on Llandudno’s sea front and believe me, these guys and their friendly team of staff are all class acts in the hospitality stakes and really know how to look after their guests. Not surprisingly, all of their hard work and professionalism has been rewarded by being voted 4th in the top 25 Small Hotels in the UK, 11th in the top 25 hotels in the UK for Service, and ranked 12th in the top
25 Small Hotels in Europe together with TripAdvisor's Travellers Choice Award for 2015 and also won 2nd place from the AA for the friendliest bed and breakfast of the year for 2016/2017.  Well done Michael and Dave from all of us at Gay Accommodation Wales because it's nothing less than you both deserve and it's all due to the hard work, enthusiasm and dedication into providing everything that is good and wholesome for your guests and the holiday accommodation industry in Llandudno Wales is no doubt incredibly proud of you both. What a shining example you are to other holiday accommodation providers because you have won awards than we can shake a stick at. Michael & Dave: you have a fabulous hotel!

Gay Friendly Luxury Boutique Bed and Breakfast Llandudno
Escape Boutique Gay Lesbian Friendly Bed and Breakfast, Church Walks, Llandudno, Conwy, Wales

www.escapebandb.co.uk

We did not expect to discover one of Wales finest boutique bed and breakfasts in Llandudno, but we did and what a find. It is just delicious where Conran love seats, leather sleigh beds and suede chairs nestle against period fireplaces. Elegant chandeliers and objets d’art abound amidst an atmosphere of glamorous chic calm. The traditional-style bathrooms pay homage to modernity with clawfoot baths, smart pedestal basins, whirlpool baths and glorious powerful showers - no scalding dribbles here.  You see, Sam and Gaenor the proud owners have an eye for detail that is just astonishing; this together with their creativity has resulted in a fabulous oasis of calm without a hint of boutique terrorism
to be found anywhere, thus allowing the delicious and seamless mix of modernity and tradition to flow effortlessly throughout their amazing pad which, by the way, would not look out of place in New York or Barcelona and can easily hold its own against the hippest joints in Brighton. Sam and Gaenor together with their youthful and friendly team of staff headed by Colin are class acts in the hospitality stakes, making Escape boutique bed and breakfast Llandudno a fabulous gay friendly holiday destination for those of you looking for boutique chic holiday accommodation.

This super little seaside cottage is unpretentious but is beautifully presented in that retro style that invokes fond childhood holidays of sandcastles, beaches, fish and chips and "are we there yet?" The Escape Cottage is a delightful little seaside retreat that perhaps we would
all love to experience again. It is extremely comfortable and clean and oh so cosy and the inspiration for this beautiful traditional seaside cottage in Llandudno came from the owners Vinny and Laura's fond childhood memories of holidays by the sea and these guys really know all about design and atmosphere and it was their desire that created Escape Cottage. For us at Gay Accommodation Wales, this cottage is the quintessential retro seaside holiday cottage experience in Llandudno Wales. What a cool cosy stay; do bring your own buckets and spades.
